Martha Delgado is Undersecretary for Multilateral Affairs and Human Rights at Mexico’s Foreign Relations Ministry. She has served over thirty years in the country’s Public Federal Administration and in NGOs devoted to protecting human rights. From 2006–2012 she served as Minister of the Environment of Mexico City.
