Muhammad Alaraby is a senior researcher at the Bibliotheca Alexandrina’s Center for Strategic Studies. He was a policy analyst for the Futuristic Studies Institute in Beirut, and a lab research facilitator at the Cairo School for Liberal Sciences and Arts. He is the author of several papers and chapters and of Scenario Planning: A Critical Guide in Arabic.
