Ottilia Anna Maunganidze is the head of Special Projects in the Office of the Executive Director at the Institute for Security Studies. She holds a Master of Laws Degree (LLM) in fundamental rights litigation and international human rights law from UNISA, a Post-Graduate Certificate from the Institute for International and Comparative Law in Africa at the University of Pretoria, and a Bachelor of Laws Degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Studies from Rhodes University.
