Stephen Okhonmina teaches Political Science in the Department of Political Science, University of Benin, Benin City, Nigeria. With backgrounds in Political Science, Philosophy, and Law, his research focus revolves around Political Theory, Globalization, Federalism, Africa, and Nigeria. He has participated in a number of research projects and has been published in both local and international outlets. His most recent work is on Cult culture and the dilemma of institution building in Africa.
