Yossi Alpher is a columnist and writer. From 1981 to 1995, he held different positions at the Jaffee Center for Strategic Studies at Tel Aviv University, ultimately serving as its director. He was coeditor, with Ghassan Khatib of the bitterlemons.net family of internet publications. His latest book is Death Tango: Ariel Sharon, Yasser Arafat, and Three Fateful Days in March.
